Ingredients:
- 8 oz gluten-free macaroni
- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs optional, for topping
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the gluten-free macaroni according to package instructions until al dente
Drain and set aside
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat
Add the gluten-free all-purpose flour and whisk constantly for 2-3 minutes until it forms a smooth paste and starts to turn lightly golden
Gradually add the milk to the butter-flour mixture, whisking continuously to avoid lumps
Cook for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is creamy
Add salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to the cheese sauce
Adjust seasoning to taste
Combine the cooked macaroni and chopped lobster meat in the cheese sauce
Stir until everything is well coated with the creamy sauce
If desired, transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle gluten-free breadcrumbs evenly over the top, and broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and bubbly
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired
Serve hot and enjoy your decadent gluten-free lobster mac and cheese
