Ingredients:
- 4 cups heavy cream
- Glass or ceramic baking dish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180F 82C
Pour the heavy cream into the glass or ceramic baking dish, ensuring an even layer
Place the dish in the preheated oven and leave it undisturbed for 12 hours
After 12 hours, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool to room temperature
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight
Once chilled, carefully skim off the thickened cream on top, which is now clotted cream
Transfer the clotted cream to a separate container for serving
